About Quiet Engines

Quiet Engines is Malaysia's first bespoke, customer-first forward-deployed engineering (FDE) company for SMEs — an independent, founder-led software studio registered with SSM Malaysia (Reg. No. 202401044872 / 1590718-K). SMEs hire us to build their software and automation as one coherent system, not twelve disconnected tools, and every engagement is led directly by the founder. Forward-deployed means the engineer who builds your system stays embedded in your operation after launch — the model enterprises pay consultancies hefty fees for, at a fee an SME can actually carry.

What we build

Our catalogue is modular: around twenty modules across Growth, Operations, Integrations, and Intelligence — SEO and analytics, ordering, booking, inventory, CRM, staff management, payments, WhatsApp, accounting, single sign-on, AI agents, reporting, dashboards, forecasting, and automation. A client assembles only what the business needs, and the modules ship as one platform the client controls.

How we work

The method is Deploy → Embed → Evolve. A core system goes live in roughly one to eight weeks, scoped tight and shipped in phases. After launch we do not hand off and disappear: we stay on to operate, maintain, and grow the system, embedded month by month, so it improves quarter over quarter without re-platforming. There is no public price list — engines are scoped per engagement, not shelved.

Proof

We maintain over 600,000 lines of production code across live systems: ChatPilot, a WhatsApp Business API platform for hospitality; Ledgr, a property-finance ledger for Malaysian short-stay operators; and client deployments in F&B, clinical, and retail, alongside work under NDA.
